These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of glowmatchusa.com (the "Site") and the GlowMatch matching service (the "Service"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Service
GlowMatch is a free matching service that connects consumers with third-party med spas and aesthetic clinics ("Partner Clinics"). GlowMatch does not provide medical services and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a Partner Clinic.
Not medical advice
GlowMatch does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not endorse or recommend any specific Partner Clinic, provider, product, or procedure. Any information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed professional regarding any medical or cosmetic procedure.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.
Your submissions & consent
When you submit a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the authorized user of the phone number and email address provided. You consent to GlowMatch sharing your information with up to four (4) Partner Clinics, and to being contacted by GlowMatch and those Partner Clinics by phone, text (SMS), and email, including via automated technology, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with any Partner Clinic, that any Partner Clinic will contact you, or that any particular quote, price, availability, or outcome will be offered. Partner Clinics are independent third parties responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, and conduct.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowMatch disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with Partner Clinics.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowMatch from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
