GlowMatch is a free matching service that connects consumers with third-party med spas and aesthetic clinics ("Partner Clinics"). GlowMatch is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code;
• The treatment(s) you are interested in and your responses to our questions;
• Your consent selections and the date/time consent was given.

We also automatically collect certain technical data such as marketing campaign parameters (UTM data), the landing page you arrived from, approximate device information, and, where applicable, IP address.

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with Partner Clinics near you;
• Share your request with Partner Clinics so they can provide quotes and offers;
• Operate, improve, and market the Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

This is the core of our Service. When you submit a request, you consent to GlowMatch sharing the information you provide (including your name, contact details, ZIP code, and treatment interest) with up to four (4) Partner Clinics so they may contact you regarding your request. Partner Clinics are independent businesses and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may also share information with service providers who support our operations, and as required by law or to protect our rights. We do not publicly sell or post your personal information.

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by GlowMatch and up to four (4) trusted Partner Clinics by phone, text message (SMS), and/or email, including through automated technology, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, following the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to future marketing, by contacting us via our Contact page. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
