Accessibility Statement

GlowMatch wants everyone to be able to find a provider, book an appointment and manage their account, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across glowmatchusa.com, the booking pages for each business and the business dashboard.

What we do

Text and controls meet AA color-contrast ratios, and body text is at least 16px.
Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Form fields have labels, errors are announced, and touch targets are at least 44px.
Pages respect your system setting to reduce motion.
Times are always shown together with the business's time zone.

Known limitations

Some older articles in our blog and some third-party content (such as embedded maps or social media posts) may not fully meet the target yet. We review and fix these on an ongoing basis.
